• The conference fee is CZK 9900 (ca EUR 400) for students and CZK 11 900 (ca EUR 480) for others.
• It will cover coffee breaks, lunches, dinners, social events, conference materials, part of the cost of invited speakers, and 21% VAT. Breakfasts are included in the price of the accommodation.
• The price also includes transport from Ostrava or Rožnov and back (18 May there and 21 May back). A bus will be provided by the organizer.

• Online registration and payment deadline is April 17, 2026.
• The HPCSE Scientific Committee reserves the right to approve submitted contributions. Notification of acceptance will be provided by the end of April 2026.

Accommodation is not included in the conference fee and is paid by participants at the venue. The preferred room type needs to be selected in the registration system after completing registration.

Available options:

• Room for 2 or more: CZK 1 650 per night (per person)
• Single room: CZK 2 750 per night
• Apartments for 2 or more: CZK 2 990 per night (per person)
• Villa Jana or Villa Marie (for 4 or more): CZK 1 850 per night (per person)

Participants submitting a poster contribution and requesting printing by the organizers must provide their printing file to hpcse@it4i.cz by May 4. The required poster size is A1 portrait orientation.
